n mid 2006, a competition took place in Latvia to evaluate new real estate projects. This competition was called “The Best New Project”. TVA Group involves two companies directly related to construction - TVA Recycling and TVA Construction. These companies were glad to support the competition, which has become the event of the year in the market of new dwelling. The idea and organisation of the competition were implemented with the help of the business information center “Jaunie Projekti”.

The main aim of the competition was to create modern criteria for quality in new real estate projects. The competition organisers, together with their partners, elaborated precise, detailed criteria for the new housing assessment, on the basis of which, a professional jury evaluated the projects presented for the competition and determined the winners.

TVA Group put forward its own nomination for “The Best Image of the Project”, which determined how successfully the name of the house, its location, and the architectural image matched the common concept. For nowadays, not only is the quality of the house construction important, but also its concept, which creates the internal world of the house, as well as its unique character.

The solemn awards ceremony for the “The Best New Project” competition took place on the 13th of October, 2006, in the House of Blackheads, where the organisers, the competition participants, and numerous guests gathered together. This festive event provided a unique opportunity for representatives in the real estate market to talk to each other, discuss future projects, and propose agreements for cooperation. The awards ceremony was lively, interesting and beautiful.

The winner of the TVA Group nomination “The Best Image of the Project” was the R.Evolution Company, with its exclusive project “Chocolate”. A most original prize went to Alexey Zagrebelny, the R.Evolution representative, for the pilot’s training programme at the private TVA Group aviation school – “VIPilots”.
